I'm looking for a 4 speed conversion kit for a 1973 Camaro, clutch/brake pedals, linkage etc, basically all the necessary parts. Is there a company that makes a kit for this car?
Any help is much appreciated.

I was going the other way, 4 speed to auto, and looked for a little while. I never came across a 'kit' of any kind.
Your best bet is to go to a junkyard, and they can probably obtain all the little pieces for you and you can buy it at once. That's what I did.
Or, the more fun way is to go through the junkyard by yourself, and rip apart what you think you need.
Lastly, you can get lucky and find some who also switched the other way, and get parts from them.....

Yeah, so far it looks like there are only complete kits available for 72 and older. Looks like year one has most of the parts though, I guess i need to get a manual with all the parts broken out to be sure.

classic industries sells the kit and everything else you will need. all you need to add to it is the clutch pedal assembly with the pads, the clutch pedal rubber bumper, and your clutch fork/pilot bearing/throw out bearing/flywheel/pressure plate/bellhousing. And of course, you will need your tranny with a shifter and shifter assembly. Do some searches on this website, its been covered many times.

To be complete, you also need the metal hump for the shifter hole. If you have a console then manual console is different that the auto console.
