Car Show ??
Anyone know of any good car shows coming soon to the Tulsa area?
The neighbor kid is getting car crazy since he got his 72' and wants to go to a good car show.

Looks like I have the neighbor kid convinced he needs to take his 72' over to Fuddruckers on Tuesdays. I rode the bike over there tonight and looked around and I didn't see any second gen's at all, ok maybe there was 1, but it was a second gen firebird.
Guess we will be going there either next week or the week after that.

Cool! Don't forget about the cruise in @ Hard Rock Hotel, on Saturdays between 11am & 2 or 3PM. We will be on Power Tour soon so won't be going to Fudd's or Hard Rock probably til after we get back.
Did u tell your neighbor about Power Tour being in Stillwater June 7th?

The neighbor kid with the 72' wants to go but he isn't sure if he will be working or not and his dad won't drive the 68 any further than sapulpa (affraid it might break, it's a garage queen).
Mine hasn't blown yet, so if I can take off work a couple hours early I may drive over there. But if it really nice weather I will ride the bike

I beleive I still have it.
One of my neighbors said he was going on the powertour agian this year. If you happen to see a light green 72 Chevy pickup and the owner is a little older and a BIT overweight. Say hi to Carl. if he had white hair and a beard I'd call him Santa Clause.

Carl is doing the long haul and I believe his wife's name is Judy also!
They are both really nice people and are always ready to talk about cars, trucks, family, you name it.

Would like to meet them somehow on PT. Did ya describe our car to them? Its easy to spot but among 4000-5000 or cars, hard to find people

Not yet, but as soon as I see him again I will.
Well, I've gone and done it again. I was trying to help a fellow Camaro owner last night and just ended up damaging my Camaro. Looks like I may have to put her down this time, for good. I was backing up, not slowly mind you, and did not see another pole on the right side. Damage was pretty minor, on the exterior. Ended up bending the metal in the right rear fender well that is next to the rear seat, crunching the right quarter panel into the door and moving the axle into the front of the wheel well, so it won't roll.
Damage is more than I can fix
Options are to find a good roller and swap parts or just part her out. I haven't really decided just yet. So it looks like I won't be driving her to stillwater .

Judy,
As of right now I plan on riding the bike out to stillwater, I should be there around 4 or 4:30 and yes I have your number.
Britt,
What you looking to get for that roller? I actually only need the back part
