All you forty somethings, bring back memories?

Picked these ts-x6's up off Craigslist for the 80z I'm working on.

I bought a pair of those when I was younger (yeah). Took them back for some reason, don't remember why now. Had to argue with the guy at CMC but he finally took them back.

There's a nut in the bottom of them to run a threaded rod into with a wing nut in the trunk. I still have the rods and wing nuts somewhere.

They were thief magnets.
Mine survived 5 different break-ins but a couple of thieves went so far as to removed the rear window to get them!!!! They took the window trim too!!!

The M2 tune-up speakers in the front were the cats azz too!
(They were also stolen. I still have the M4s which replaced them in Pioneer's lineup.)

You don't even want to know how much the turned aluminum knobs for a KEH-3500 digital cassette deck cost..... I had to buy THREE sets of the damn things!!!!!

Hope they work well for you!

They left the rear window in one piece, balanced on the trunk....
They stole the window trim and speakers.

There was a 2nd gen Camaro being constructed by a local high schooler at the time.
I'm almost positive it got my trim but I could never prove it.
