Looking good. I love old birds. Had a 77 Formula. Loved that car. Keep up the good work.

Bushings, balljoints all "pressed in" (BFH & 2x4). Did a little wirebrushing and painting today. Slow and steady like a turtle !

Good job bro!
Keep up the good work.
I got a plain jane 78 'bird I just sealed the deal on. Since it's nothing special like a SE Trans Am or something, I won't feel bad when it's slightly... less than stock. Or, should I say... more than stock.
I should have a thread started for that one soon, as well.

couple things for today. Front shocks came in and I got the swaybar brackets cleaned and painted.
Also our mechanic at work helped me work some wonders on the lower front valance. I wish I had a better before picture. This thing was trashed. Not finished yet but It is salvageable at least now. Have to weld in the piece and fix a few pinholes then do some more massaging.

Well im on the right track but long way to go on this still. My first body work really. Going to try and get things smoother and finished stripping old paint. At least its patched and pin holes brazed. From what I started with it looks great though lol.
Its freaking cold so no working on subframe really. I did get a-arms on last night before the cold set in though. Like to get springs and spindles on this weekend. Wish I had a garage..

Yup it sucks. I really wanted one when we were looking for a house. This house had everythign else we wanted though, so I sacrificed that. I did build a shed last summer(8x20). So I have storage and some room to work out of weather. I can also work on the smaller stuff at work when we arent busy and the boss isnt watching .
Im from kansas and we always had garages and basements. Moved to MS and they have carports and no basements because of flooding.... I miss my basement as much as a garage haha. oh well, we do lotta stupid stuff for women sooo... Ill leave it at that in case the wife ever reads this

No not really room for a garage. Lots and lots of landscaping in the front and sides. Brick wall for fence around sides of house so cant get behind with a car.
I have no grass in my front yard at all. It has the pebbled concrete across whole front, can park prolly 5 or 6 cars side by side in between the landscape stuff on the sides. Then between the house and the pebbled drive is crepe myrtle trees and bushes. Neighbors on all sides also.
The house had a carport when built but was bricked in and added to the house long long time ago. Ill see if I still have some pics on my computer from when we bought the house when I get home from work later.
