Thanks. Ive really been tossing around the idea of different wheels but there is just something about them that keeps pulling me back lol.
I defiantly will take pics of then car tomorrow if i remember to bring the camera lol. I'm gonna hope to get the metal straightening done on the driver quarter panel and then work on stripping the rest of the quarter panel and then apply some epoxy primer. Then the filler work and blocking begins. I cant wait to have the Z back. Granted it gets TERRIBLE gas mileage lol But i guess carbs arn't the economy way to go. Thats alright shes still fun to drive!

I was browsing back through my thread to see how i have progressed.... slowly but its getting there :P lol
I seen where i had been fighting with the oil leak and we thought it was the rear main, got that replaced and still leaked so we thought the motor was just in bad shape. Well during the death of the 361 we noticed the cam plug was wet so we wiped it off with a rag. And watched it. In the matter of a few seconds you could see the solvents that we used to clean the inside of the block seeping out of the cam plug. So all this time we thought the rear main or the motor was shot it was actually something as simple as a cam plug. LOL I tell ya what. Ya live and learn haha!!

I dont really plan on getting rid of the factory wheels. Id like to keep them encase if i do swap wheels ill still have a nice set of stock ones to swap back on for shows. But there is somthing about the factory wheels that just make it feel like a classic camaro. Thanks though.

Hey thanks, Which video the first is a 361 with a Isky i believe 284 duration and a 510 lift. The second and current setup is the factory 350 with a Comp 292 duration and im not sure just guessing from summits site a 501 lift.

ALRIGHT UPDATE TIME!!!!!
Well today i got some pictures for everyone. First the tail panel. I think i will fix the rust pits that are there and scuff and seal the rest. As you can see its in great shape.
Note the decal. Flying it proud!
Here is my actual trunk that i fixed. This is also how the whole car is gonna look for a while.
Here is the main progress today. I stripped and welded pins to my main dent on the driver quarter. It was the worst part of the car. Spend the day pulling it out. Its not done but its a whole lot better!
