There are lots of curves that are difficult to sand on the upper part of our quarter panels near the glass. It's pretty tight where a sanding block or two handed sander thing won't work well. Before just holding a piece of folded up sandpaper and chewing up your fingertips, wrap a piece of sandpaper around a spray can, it fits almost perfect! Bonus, the primer you will need to cover the bare metal before more sanding gets shaken nicely. Use a beer can if any of your friends hassle you for not using a power sander.
It took me 1/2 hour to get through bondo on top of cracked factory paint and primer :)

Old upper radiator hose. Cut the straight section out. Easy to hold, can dunk it in water and no metal edges to scratch things.
You needed a new hose anyway, so make use of the old one.
