I'm removing the rear seat of my 1979 camaro. I removed the two seats in the back. The seat back is still in place though. I unscrewed the two screws at the bottom of the seat back that hold it in place. It seems like something is holding it in place still though. I'm not sure if there is something else I need to disconnect it and haven't tried forcing it further because I don't want to break anything. Do I just need to push/lift it out?

Pull from bottom and push up at same time.

^^^^^^+!^^^^^^^ There are hooks behind the top of the rear seat that hold it in place.

Push the Bottom of the rear seat cushions rearward to remove them.

This will expose the 2 bolts you need to remove to remove the back seat.

The hardest part is pushing the -bottom- of the seat cushions back to unlatch them from the body. Push the bottom of the rear seat cushion
about 1" and lift. Everything else will be self evident.
