Dropping the tank does make it easier, but I did mine with the tank in. Not all that bad, just soak those original shackle bolts with pb blaster...

OP's car looks like one that was for sale in GA a while back. Guy wanted $8k but I had him down to $6500 before eventually passing on the car.
I would run more timing than that.
The M20 will bolt up to the bellhousing which bolts to the motor. If you have the correct bellhousing it will match up fine.
I have had Liberty Mutual for several years now. Even with a couple of claims over the years they didn't jack up my rates. Good company.

Cooler lines could either be loose or cross-threaded. You can pull the driveshaft and cross member, lower the trans for better access to them....
I was very happy with a Jegs 3000 stall in my TH350. Don't know if they have one for the 200r4?

If you go with a smaller diameter (10") converter and have a decent trans cooler you will be fine with a 3000 stall, especially with 4.10's
