Don't know that particular car, but I question a few of the numbers based on what I have seen in the past.

I don't believe the stripes on the hood are correct . It should also have hideaway wipers with the RS package.

This is usually an indication that someone installed an RS front end on a non-RS car.

    Like a reproduction air cleaner.

Good catch on the wheels Dave! 1970 one-year-only wheels are getting hard to find and are the most expensive Z wheels.

    What's wrong with the wheels?

The hole where the valve stem goes through is only 5/8 inch wide oval on early 70 wheels up to an early June build. Then they were about 13/16 wide through 74. When the Z28 reappeared in 77 it had a 1 inch round hole.
Thinking more about the build date on this car it actually may be ok to have the 13/16 wide slot.

I may have jumped the gun on the wheels (see post above), but you are correct there are numerous details under the hood that are not correct. Some would say nit-picking, but for 70K I would expect it to be correct.
Example: The smog pump should not have a relief valve on the pump body. That ended in 1968.
    The master cylinder is incorrect.
The distributor photo is fuzzy, but the stamps look suspicious to me.
Some things potentially more serious, but I'm not an expert like some so I won't comment on those.
