    I think I am calling the lever the arm? Talking about the same thing?

    By “...the notch in the lever...” there are notchs in side of the lever and the screwdriver is working the knob off the notch...by twisting?

    You can actually fit the screwdriver head between the lever and knob?

    A picture, please, showing where/how you insert the screwdriver...

    The only place I see where a screwdriver could fit is through the back and access the top and bottom gaps. I had 1 come off by a wiggle and a pull.

    Getting back to the topic, I just checked and my 07E Norwood says AIR.

    Maybe GM decided printing Heater while having a slider setting of cold, didn't make much sense.

    So every 70 I’ve seen or posted here says AIR. I wonder when they changed to HEATER.

    Anyway I have the repop controller face and just need to get those knobs off without breaking anything.

    My 72 'z 11b build has AIR-doubt its been changed I have a control pulled from a 74 z'30 years ago days heater-must be somewhere in between?? Later Steve!!
