Some advice on the best brand on replacement std trim window regulator (drivers) to suit a 1970 model. As I live in Australia when I pay the expensive freight cost on top of the cost of the part I want to make sure I get the best brand as there is some difference in price amongst the various brand.
Any suggestion on what is a good value brand?
Will also do the window rollers at the same time so advice on these as well will help. Thanks in advance, Darren

I'm not sure this will be helpful. I had to replace the drivers side on my 70. I was able to find a really good used one on eBay. Considering where you are this may not be an option. Just thought I'd throw it out there. Good luck.

G'day INXS. I sent you a PM. I'm in Brisbane and have at least one regulator, maybe two for the driver's side.

    Yep Green Hornet,
How great is it when you post on a forum based in USA and you get a reply from a fellow Camaro owner in another state from your own country from the other side of the world!!
How great it is and how good is that we have a world wide community and friendship based on our common interest in the almighty Gen 2 Camaro!!!

    Cheers Darren

Hey 70Chev - do you know whether the regulator is the same on a 78 model as it is on yours? Or more importantly, is the bottom arm supposed to have a roller on it or is it just a solid ball? I assume it should be a roller there as mine is swinging free (ie not able to stay in the lower track so the window isn't tracking properly). I am in Brisbane also, so if you still have a spare (and it fits) how much? Cheers :)

G'day mate. Not sure whether they are the same, but expect they are. I actually sold all of mine to INXS so I don't have any left. Sorry.
