If you want to stick to factory 15” wheels, I wouldn’t even upgrade the brakes...just new rotors, rebuilt calipers with quality pads.

Agree. With good pads and rear disc conversion you'll have all the brakes the current Cooper or BF Goodrich 15" tires can stand. I can easily lock all four wheels if I want. Unless you are going to autocross or road race the car, the factory stuff works well on the street.

that's not going to happen, the only 15"wheel that I know of that will fit is the Torque Thrust D

I don't know for sure all I know is that I had a customer run those wheels with that set up. My guess is 8" wide

Just did the 1LE swap and test fit a 5 spoke. Fits no issue. I imagine stick on weights could contact. I specified clip on weights.

Incidentally, I have 17's with 200 tw tires for street and eventually auto X. But I also have a set of stock 5 spokes with repop bias ply Wide Ovals for stock appearing drag racing. The 1Le swap meets my unique needs.

Great. I just dropped the spindles off to be sandblasted and powder coated.
