I broke every stock GM 10 and 12 bolt I ever owned.
8.5" 10 bolt.Eaton limited slip. 3.42 gear. Nothin special. I have two 80 camaros. The street car i dont really want too crazy. I will put the 406 in with the 4 spd. Eventually a tko600. Or t56. The stripped one i have(3100 lbs) is getting the 327 and a 4 spd. Maybe spray the hell out of it for a season.my plain is an lm7 5.3 with cathedral ports. 4.8 flat tops. And an ls9 cam with behive springs waiting for a turbo and my 4l80e. Just idle on a stand waiting.

The LS9 cam looks like a heck of a turbo cam.
Im a craigslist junkie. Fb marketplace has made it worse. My little shop has motors everywhere. And parts. Just slowly piecing the LS swap together. My street car is meant to stop and turn. Dont want it crazy because i daily drive it.
I ported some LS heads 4 so far and there are spots in there that need removed.
Do a port job and add an extra angle on the exhaust valve job.
I am really impressed with my friends 6.0 with the ported heads and the GM LT4 hot cam.
Used the masters off that cam for an LS grind and stuck it on a 109LSA.
I think that puts it at .557" lift and about 2 degrees @ .050 more duration at .050 per .1 change on rocker arm ratio.
That 6.0 swings to 7000 rpm quick and you need to keep your eye on the tachometer.
