1976-78 U14 Pkg? Note batt volts.
Someone replaced the OEM temp gauge and clock on the far right with aftermarket gauges.

    Cluster

The cluster will fit but there are a couple of things:
The oil pressure gauge is not stock, the clock was there.
The gearing in the transmission will need to be changed so the Speedo works correctly. The rear tire size also has to be factored into what drive and driven gears you put in the transmission.
Try NPD, Classic industries, Rick's Camaro, F body warehouse for the Instrumentation Printed Circuit board found on the back.

That's a 79 cluster. (One year only speedometer.)

Long orange needles with a 130 MPH speedo.
Oil pressure gauge was added and the right turn signal stalk is busted.

It will fit the 80 with no problem.
    (I have a 79 cluster in my 80 because I didn't like the 85 MPH speedo.)

78 was same style as 70-78, I dont know them as well.
    79 was 130mph speedo.
80 excluding cali cars was 85mph speedo no check engine light.
81 and 80 cali cars had a check engine light, 85mph

79-81 had the long orange needles.
