After far too much time passing, I've started putting the front end back together, finally. . .

Wow great work. A/C looks damn good, not to mention the rest of the build. You saved yourself a lot of money by the way you managed the project / parts acquisition.

Time to get cracking again. I ordered new carpet, sill plates, Belltech swaybar, lower grill, all weatherstripping, and some other miscellaneous parts to keep me busy for a bit. I'm getting ready to buy paint and other materials and here we are years later, still cant decide on a color. . .

Nice build, great attention to the details!! Have you picked a color ? It might be easier to stay red, or shade of red.

I've been away from the forum a while and need to get the AC working and the body and paint work done.

Your project looks great, really coming along.

I was hoping to see you pop up around here again. I've been buying interior parts (carpet, sill plates, console door/pad, etc), also got the front sway bar (rear was already installed). I'm now in the process of pricing paint materials, have been puting away some extra cash and have enough I believe to do the job. AND, after all this time, I still have not selected a color. If I stay with the red, I don't particularly care for solid red with the cowl hood, not enough accent for me. I don't really want to do stripes either. My wife prefers a solid "stock" type color. I kind of taken a liking to the black hood on red, but probably not flat. I'm also considering darker deep red metallics and blues. Sigh, just can't commit. . .

I hear you on decisions. I have a whole thread on repainting the interior panels. I think, other than paint, the next thing is to get the front seat covers redone. She wants to keep the tweed inserts, we had the rear seat done (theres a thread somewhere here) but the fronts are needing it, and while he still has the material!
