I'm gonna buy a set of these mirrors and was wondering if you guys would opt for the short stem or the long stem. Short=.98" and long=1.77" if my math is correct. Just wondering which would match the original pitch/height of our bullet mirrors. http://www.moto-works.jp/products/rr-mirrors.html

I believe these are the long stems installed. imageproxy (1).jpg IMG_0242.jpg

I'm getting the type-1 head with the black c-type mounting plate (in plain carbon).

Thanks, y'all. Once they come in (and the 4' iceberg in front of my garage door melts), I'll get some pics up. Coming from Japan, I wanted to be absolutely sure if the shorties would fit or not. Thanks again.
