Not for CHICKEN but for my car. Well it is a 70 firechicken so what ever LOL I dont want to spend a GRAND for something I am going to use only ONCE!!! and for less than thirty days. Is anyone here here able to help out? Or any tips and tricks would be great.
I looked for a decent one on CL for about a year to come up for sale. Finally a nice one for sale at 900. A few came up that I wouldn't have put my 20 year old JD lawn mower on. One guy was selling two homemade engine stands tied together with a 4X4 and wanted 500 for it!
Too far away but as info I'm gonna put a Redline on CL in the next couple days. A friend bought it new planning on using it for a resto on his Wildcat which he decided not to do and the only car it did get used for was my 70 bird so it comes with the correct pieces to mount the 2nd gen F unibody. Upgraded to larger diameter solid rubber wheels and have conv. door braces that will go with it as well. He's got $1900.00 - 2,000.00 in it and I'm gonna list it for $1,200.00 but it's in S FL. If you buy a used rotisserie locally and use it for 30 days you can probably sell it for what you pay for it. Even if you sold it for a little less than you bought it for you could consider that money "rent".
If you can wait until December, I've got one in my garage currently holding my 71 body in it. When I get back from working overseas, I can take my car out of it and let you use it then. It's a pretty beefy one I bought from guy off CL a while back.
