My Victor Jr makes more power everywhere than my rpm air gap.
Contrary to belief it makes more torque as horsepower. Based on being able to outrun my friends camaro now vs just keeping up before

My machine shop guy dynoed lots of SBC and the Victor Jr always made as much low end and m,ore top end as a RPM.

    This is my experience.
It makes an even bigger difference on a larger motor.

And the victor jnr would be similar performance to the single plane street dominator - looks much taller - does this help low end?

The Victor Jr would make a bunch more power than the street dominator everywhere in the rpm range. It is 5.9 inches tall though, front and back, so that's the problem with some cars and hood clearance.
5.9 inches tall in the front is very tall and can cause issues with the slant of the hood.
