I thought I would post an update. I finally got to see the car that was blocked in storage (about a month ago). Turned out to be a nice car....turned out to be my car. Bought it about a month ago and am very happy with it.

Looks like a really nice 73 , sucks having to put that license plate on the front though

It does suck having to put a plate on the front. There was talk of them removing the requirement to do that. Who knows if it will actually happen.

There has been talk of Indiana adding the front plate. The BMV commissioner said he wouldn't do that due to lack of storage capacity for double plates. No front plate means speed cameras that have to show your face and plate are no threat.

It's no surprise I would like it. Prefer the short spoiler on silver, too. Nice find. Are you happy with it so far?

Yeah I am really happy with it. The last owner did a rotisserie restoration about 9-10 years ago. He only put 2400 miles on it in the 17 years he had it. Working through a few quirks with it but overall a really nice car.

I'd relocate that plate under the bumper for sure.
