Ceramic VS Stainless Headers

    It may not be a bad idea, the oils, grease etc you may get on them during install may cause a problem, do not know for sure. Any extra heat may create a problem, the oils or grease may cause this when engine and headers come up to temperature.
    When talking to people at Dynatech he warned me not to put their headers on a engine that is not tuned yet, he suggested putting an uncoated header on for tuning as a lean cylider during tuning process may create extra heat and discolour the tube. Straight from Dynatech.
