    Sad news. He was part of the soundtrack from my youth. Lots of great songs. Seemed like a cool dude too

    Worked as a stage hand at local club when he was playing on his acoustic tour back in the early '90s. He gave all of us a tour shirt. Still have it. One cool dude. R.I.P. Eddie

    Never a huge fan but his hits are timeless and will stand the test of time.
    He was a stand up and good person.

    Saw him open for Stevie Ray Vaughn back in the 80's at Mud Island in Memphis. Both put on a good show in the rain to boot. RIP Eddie.

    I saw him a couple years ago at the Hard Rock in Dallas. Still put on a good show. Sad news.
