What's the modern day equivalent tire size for the original F70 14 tires?
215/70R14 or 225/70R14
There's about 1/2" difference in height between the two sizes and 1/4" difference in tread width.
The way a radial tire "squats" a bit on the car, I would go with the 225/70 to keep the overall size perception closer to the look of the F70/14.
If you're mounting them on a 7" wide wheel. You at the maximum rim width recommendation for the 215/70-R14.
(A 225/70R14 will be a better "fit" on a 7" wheel.)
