    Also can you measure the height of it? from where the air filter sits to the carb mounts, I wonder if it is shorter than a holley?

    Well we got it complete, a few small things but it did start on the second turn of the Key. After the warm up ran smooth and no more gas smell as bad. I did make a Video on youtube its under Fitech in a 72 camaro

    I am happy, fired on the second start.I let it run for 20 min and it smooth out, the throttle response is very good and I'm very pleased with it. I will sell my carb and things should get half my money back. The fuel smell I had was gone as well. I hope to drive it soon. I am doing the brakes now.

    IT's a GO, Works great!

    ^ THIS ^ is AWESOME to hear ! I'm really sold on this setup and it's given me a jump start I needed to get excited about the SBC I had set aside for my project.

    THANKS for the update :)

    72406 - Thanks for the update and the video!
    Does it fit under a stock 72 hood? Just wondering after your install if it's taller than a carb. Where did you have your initial timing at and did you have to adjust the timing after?

    72406;

    Many here (including myself) are very appreciative for you taking the plunge to install this new EFI system. From what I've read online everyone is very pleased and happy with the product.

    Thanks for the pictures and video.
    Looking forward to any information you have for us in the coming weeks/months.

    Your purchase has pushed me even closer to get the setup for my car.
    Many thanks :happy:

    VERY concerned with how the HOLLEY TBI style EFI acted on the dual plane here:

    I'm running a dual plane Edelbrock RPM dual plane on my old SBC

    Apples to Oranges compared to a cathedral port 5.3 ... BUT would hate to have the same problem with the FiTech TBI system :(
