Not an animal, but a non-human person? What the hell does that even mean? And what "legal rights" will she be entitled to? Wow.

Does she have a SSN or US citizenship?
Does she have the right to vote? (Apparently, some people with even less intelligence have that right.)
How about the right to bear arms?
    Or... Welfare?

Just a point of conversation... I don't think any of that actually applies to any "non-human person" (animal) in the US.

Without an ID (or money), she can't buy ammo or firearms and she already has free housing and medical care. ;)

As much as I hate to say it, you gotta give FL a pass on this one... That was an Argentine judge that made that ruling- I'm guessing most likely over horrid zoo conditions. FL is doing alright by her on this one.:)

There are some creatures down here you have to take a double look at before you can make a call. In all honesty, I really do like to see animals being "rescued."

Does the ruling of an Argentine Judge have Jurisdiction in Florida? Some Judges are too full of them-selves.

probably the only way to expedite her transport from ch*thole to US.....I'm sure it's some legal loophole but YES the next several ? are about rights and does the US recognize those rights given by another country's judiciary.
