It would appear they are listing 70-81 as one tank? That won't work.

That is what I was going to say.

    Sweet set up though.

That was a generic post so I think the 70-81 was listed just to show tanks are available for all second gens.

Jake - I had not seen anything no this site about the tanks so I thought I'd post the link. People can buy wherever they want, I just wanted to make sure people knew that another option was available instead of spending a grand on tanks from Ricks (can't recall the other place to get a custom tank) or having to have one fabbed up like I did.

I hate LS1 tech for that very reason. You can't throw anyone's name out there unless they are a sponsor or it will get deleted and god forbid if you have anything negative as a sponsor of LS1 tech as a sponsor could never do anything wrong.

Yep, I don't know of a bigger sellout than that site's owner, actually.

EDIT- well, original owner. He- wait for it- sold out.;)

2nd Edit- How do I find an EFI tank for an '80 on Rock Auto? All I can pull up is the regular tank, and a couple of replacement sending units.

I can't believe that spectre makes a baffled EFI tank that is a direct bolt in for a 74-81 second gen. Care to enlighten us?

I bet BRP does not realize they are different.

I asked on PT. See what the reply is.

Does anyone know how far off a 73 and down tank is on a 74+? Did all pre 74s have a quarter panel mounted fuel inlet, or were some of them rear inlet like a 74+?
