uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly thank god that didnt happen
that looks like part jag xj6
Its interesting to read some of the comments. The 2nd gen is fine being a sec gen...I don't see it looking good in modern skin. I think that's part of the Camaro issue. They try too hard to retro it. They can't even decide on tail lights! I can't believe they have changed the tail lights like 6 times over the last 9 years?
Wish they would have stuck with these
Instead of this...Yuck!
I know several guys - older than me, driving in the late '60s - that said they were turned off by the 2nd gen styling when it came out. I'm different; I saw my first Camaro in the fall of 1966, when my dad pointed one out to me at a local gas station, and wasn't really impressed. But I've always really liked the styling of the 2nd gens.
Looks like a cross between a Vega and some old Buick, Yuk.
When the 2ng gen came out I was like WTF is this, they ruined the Camaro. Now being 16 years old that the way we saw things back them, we got used to the way the 1st gen Camaro's looked. I am sure the same might have been said about the 55-57 Chevy's when the 58 came out also. As time went on I like the 2nd gen a lot better, to me when they got the rubber bumper deal that's when I really like the 2nd gen the most.
