Sorry for your loss. I live in The North Florida area. My Neighbor does houses for a real estate company. Might try to look up one in that area. They probably have someone trustworthy on call.

Well , I am also sorry for your loss, however with the posting Help Florida people , it was kind of a draw to see what it meant! And people are still friendly , and when they have a loss they post that , and then ask for help, I guess you tried to do that with one post, have you tried that company that goes in and cleans homes after damage, ServicePro, maybe they could clean out the house and get it into shape to sell.

    Sorry for your loss.
Don't have any connections in Florida but hopefully someone will and suggest someone like a handyman or even maid to clean out the house. It doesn't sound like anything needs to be saved.
Servepro, don't get me started. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company in the world.

Sorry for the loss of a family member. I think I would start by calling neighbors in the Florida community. If they couldn't help out, they might be able to steer you in the right direction to someone trustworthy.

I haven't been on the site since someone made a very snide remark towards me (and others) so I've steered clear. Sorry for your loss. I did some investigating. Go to Google and type in maid services in Casselberry and a bunch come up. Gives you a direction to go in. I attempted to contact the people we used to clean our home but I wasn't successful - and I can't go to my house because I could end up in the "crowbar hotel" again. Let me know if you're able to find someone.

    Thank you
    It's just frustrating
    Time are changing
About 18 Years ago when I first joined I would have gotten a quick response but I guess forums are going down hill fast.
    Oh well

Brian I may have found a company to come do the clean out
But they give you a rough quote and if you like it they send a crew out that day and give you accurate price and want to do it right then and there

I know it will frustrate my mother in law who's doing this own her own.

I'm not all that far from Casselberry....went out to dinner there a couple times. If there's anything I can do, just let me know.

Agree 100%. Very bad experience with Servpro after a house fire. Don’t believe their BS.
