Hey guys just curious how long it took to have your bodywork/paint done?? My shop is doing a good job, but just seems like it’s taking a while. I dropped the car off on feb 3rd. It looks ready to paint...but has looked that way for the last 8 weeks!

First time so stupid me paid in full befor hand. It should be done in a couple of months. They are actually working on it now. When I get it back I just have to wire it up and put the interior in.

Yeah I guess on the plus side, I was able to save up for more parts. I’ve got a bunch of interior parts, and front/rear brakes to install when I get mine back. I hope to have it back before the end of the year

    My general Bodyshop delivery formula
Take whatever amount of time they told you, double it than add 20%

Never ever pay in full before the work is done.
Glad you used your time to gather up more parts.

I feel bad for you guys from some of the story's I have read hear about the amount of time it takes to get a car painted. I was lucky that my car was painted when I bought it.
