I bought the kit as well. I don’t think the nose is as much the problem as the upper valance. Seems the point at the center is too high, and the bend is not crisp enough

Sounds like the parts are not consistent in their dimensions from customer to customer. That's just bad.

There should be some stringent quality metrics before it can have the GM sticker on it....it’s all marketing BS!

If I needed a RS front end, I would hunt down a RS parts car unless you come across a complete car for cheap money. There’s got to be 6 bangers out there.

IMG_7594.jpg IMG_6578.JPG I didn't convert my car to a RS but I did replace the parts with OEM parts because the original purple car had been filled with bondo and had a 70/72 urethane nose so the 73 crash brackets could not attach properly. The way I figure, you can either pay a body guy a ton of money to fix aftermarket crap or you can drop some coin on real parts if you can find them, they are out there if you look.

I don't know where you are on the lower valance at this point but the RS nose will not fit on a standard lower valance shown in your pic. Seems to be the main reason for fitment problems.

Right the aftermarket don't fit the bottom, it has at least 1/2 " gap. IMG_7420.jpg
