    After the tap was removed from the strips

    I also had to paint the rest of the parts off the car.

    I am now working on smoothing out the bumpers, door handles and anything else needed. Thanks for checking out my progress.

    Just got caught up on your thread! That blue looks amazing!!! The stripes look very sharp as well!!

    This weekend i focused on the bumpers. I am hiding the bumper bolts in all the bumpers. so i cut off the heads and welded the bolt holes up.

    Wow John, you Da man! You might just very well love canaries more than me!
    Really impressed at your start from scratch do it myself learn as you go attitude. I’m the same way on a 70 but it’s a bit better than what you started with.     I made mine out of fiberglass. i just repaired with body filler.

    Ok, i also have lots of parts left over incase you might need what i have.
