Tell me about it! My edelbrocks arrived this morning...don't even get to take them out of the box until after I get off work. $519! Most I ever spent on headers was $150 for some painted BBC Hookers.

I think that $519 for Stainless, coated, brand name headers for a swap application is a steal.

The options before that were to build and coat your own, or heavily modify 4th gen ones, then coat them...

    Especially Stainless......

Considering I paid $550 3 years ago for Street and Performance ceramic polished headers and they look like crap now. :(
That's what happens when the aftermarket catches up AFTER you do a new kind of swap tho.......better options.

Took them out of the box tonight and I have got to say. They are BEAUTIFUL. Welds are awesome, flange is nice and thick...they are a bit dirty though. I've noticed lately that Edelbrock products are shipped with extra casting flash, burs in the holes and unfinished edges. This time it was sand in the bag that the headers were in.

Well, I ordered the Edelbrock headers and the KWIK AC bracket today. Just need a new balancer bolt to do the cam swap and I'll have everything to start.

The O2 bungs are NOT welded into the long tube headers but are included with the hardware.
