Has anyone ran an LS engine with the mechanical z-bar with Dynatech headers? If you have could you please post a photo of your setup.

I have on my 73. Made my own cross shaft and used rods for pivots.

Works well. I need to resize the photo to attach.

Thank you for the answer. I figured I would need to mod the zbar. I just wanted to see how someone else did it so I can get a better idea. What did you use for the pivot ball on the block side?

You could always run a hydraulic clutch and avoid the headaches.

I want to run the mechanical setup. I have an idea how I want to do it. I was looking to see how other people did it. I mostly need to see how to route the zbar in regards to the headers. I think I just need to cut an move the one arm on the zbar and use the rod end linkage.
