Thanks for the 4L80 info, just picked one up for my wagon. It is a lot bigger than I expected, heavy too :)

Let me know if you need a rebuild on it...I found a local guy to us that is reasonable and knows what he is doing with them.

I carried mine into the garage yesterday by myself...no bueno.

How are you going to control it in your wagon?

New center section is installed with a new set of MW axles.

Transmission is back from being rebuilt. Waiting on Yank to finish my converter and new flexplate to get here.

Also, put in my new cam and degree'd it. I ended up initially being off a tooth..glad I took the time to check it.

    New cam is a JFR grind 218/218, .560 lift, 112 LSA...just a little guy.

Hope to have the engine and trans buttoned up by mid Oct and off to the fabricator same week for plumbing. Hope is the key word.

    Thanks.
It will be behind an L29 454 using a GM PCM to control both.

    Car is at fabricators shop.

Billet S480 ETR with all the supporting fixin's is prepped for install.

ETA is 3 weeks to get the car back and probably another month before I/m driving it.

Received a couple phone pic updates from the fabricator.

I am having him build a complete new tubular core support to allow room for the FMIC, dual pass radiator, and trans cooler to fit.

Borg Warner billet 80mm turbo is mounted at ~20° angle to allow better placement for 4" down pipe. I wanted the turbo mounted as far back for better weight transfer and it just plain looks cool. Plus, everyone else is mounting them in the factory batt location...had to do something different. More than likely, the compressor housing will be exposed through the hood.
