My LQ4 Swap

    Finally had most of the day to work on the car with the father-in-law offering assistance.

    Reassembled the Whipple after some minor touch up painting, installed the front accessory drive, and put rails/injectors on. All fit pretty well with no clearance issues.

    Going to try and complete some little things tomorrow like the steam lines and lining up the pulleys as close as possible.

    Took some pics and rolled it out of the garage to have a look.

    man you got be thinkin of repaintin my LS in my 442 to black now as well.
    I had it titanium.......but I dig the black.

    Thanks brother!

    Painting the accessory drive components black seemed like a natural choice after mounting the Whipple. It turned out pretty nice and looks better than the factory finish IMHO. Cheap to do as well:cool:
