So with a little bit of trial and error and everyone's help I was able to bring my thoughts into reality. The picture I posted above was a tad bit off. It showed to run the fused power to 87 and 30 was to feed the fuel pump, well that ain't right. The fused power is ran to #30 and the fuel pump is fed off of #87. Once I figured that out the I could get my light to come on using #87a. Now all is good. Thanks to everyone that chimed in.
