New personal best, 10.13

    After quite a few years of chasing gremlins it is all starting to come together. Had a personal best of 10.13, could feel the wheels going up in the air more so than ever before even though short lived and still not very high but it pulled hard. Now more than ever I have to hit my shift points as I was late on the 1-2 and it cost me 0.5 seconds but didn't matter as the big red eye got me by a couple hundredths on the first race.

    And pictures of cars of guys I race with from running 8.11's with the truck to wheels up 18" and riding it out Gerry who is '77 years old in the '67 Chevelle running mid 9's and his son runs mid 8's with the '72 Chevelle and the Mustang with BB Chevy motor low 9's.

    489 BB with reverse manual valve body, trans brake, 4.56 Detroit locker, 32" tires.
