Been running leds in all rear bulbs, turn brake and rev with no issues. installed leds in front grill turn signals and now no turn signals at all, no green light even comes on in the dash when arm is moved left or right. Changed turn signal flasher to led type still nothing. Fuse checks good. Looking for ideas. Im using the elec schematic from site. Key turned on. 1979 Camaro

Check your wiring and make sure you are getting power to your switch .and check your switch as well. One step at a time.

Some of those LED electronic flasher modules are just crap.
I would try another different brand.

Since the problem started with the LED front lights, the problem is almost surely there. Make sure you have LEDs that can handle dual polarity. Most of the LEDs sold for in cars are poorly designed and thought out.
I'm betting that if you put back in incandescent bulbs and flasher they will work. That tells you that the switches and wiring in the car is just fine and the problem is with the changes you did.

    What year Camaro?

Not sure about all of them but the 78-81 front lights switch polarity through the signal circuit.

I will go back to where I started with the old incandescent bulbs and see what takes place.

And some require an adaptor to change the polarity of them depending on the vehicle and wiring design:
