Right turn signal works fine. All four safety flashers work fine. Front and rear left turn bulbs light up but dont flash. Checked for corrosion in sockets and bulbs but seems OK.
Any ideas what to check next?
    TIA

Make sure you have the correct dual filament bulbs in the sockets. Then, watch the 4 way flashers when they are flashing. They should all flash in unison. If they alternate from side to side, you have a bad ground at one of the sockets.

Check the flasher. Switch it with the hazard flasher and see if you have the results. May be a bad flasher.

I think there is only one flasher that is used for both turn signals and emergency 4 way.

    There should be two flashers.
One in the fuse block and one on a harness pigtail above the heater control panel.

If one side works... I doubt it is a flasher problem.
I would check the grounds for the left side (front and rear).

Yeah, I wasn't aware there were two flashers but finally found the turn signal one above steering column. Didn't recognize it at first because I was expecting a round one but mine is rectangular. Says:
    THERMAL-STAT
    144
    FLASHER LL

Since the right side that works was a little slow I figured the flasher might be wearing out and ordered an electronic one from AutoZone since they temporarily have free shipping with no minimum.

    ** Solved **
Bought a Novita LL552 long life electronic flasher from AutoZone, put some DeoxIT on terminals, slid it in and out of socket a few times just in case there was some internal oxidation and now both left and right turn signals work fine and flash like they should.
