    Good luck to you Pilot, sure hope the block is ok, I'm faced with the same decision, 7000 mile Ls7, have to pull the heads...no choice!!

    B631C5BD-FF40-4E8B-B6AD-F8EBE895469F.jpeg Texas Speed is the only choice in my opinion when it comes to LS engines. Places like AHP...hole in the wall. I almost went to them due to geography, but opted to ship to Texas.

    Texas Speed did my head porting and valve guide checks. One of these days, I’ll have them resleeve it for boost and 440 cubes.

    Personally...if you can. I would pull the engine and see how bad it is, then go from there. Sleeves can be replaced, heads can be replaced, so likely you just need a shop that can do it all. Texas Speed

    I really want an ls7 but will never be able to afford it. Only ls I'd run personally.
