    Looked at the Peterson site and the 3 gal is actually shorter but wider then the 2 gal. I might have to sell the tank I have and go for the 3. Do you have side or underneath pics?

    I think the typical 3 gal tank is too wide to fit there without interference with the tire. Aviaid is the only vendor I found who had a tall and thin 3 gal tank. FYI they don't stock those. They are made to order by an outside company. The good thing is they give you full control of the design. They can put any size fittings on as you want and orient them as you need them. I will take more pics tomorrow.

    ^^ do you recall the size specs? I think Peterson is 16" tall 9" diameter. My 2 gal is 19" tall 6" wide

    Power on checks good, no fires, sparks or blown fuses....pump primes. I need the oil tank in and minor odds and end....ready for the tune and first start up!

    Can this be any slower?....got the rocker arms on and looks like I need to get a new oil tank

    LESSON LEARNED! You don't reduce torque with Permatex thread locker.

    Almost there....this is where the tank is going. Maybe one day I can move it to a more desirable location. Good thing the tank I bough fits with that support brace installed, but had to clearance the bolt head
