Maybe interesting, I found here on Nasty that in the years many KPH speedo style has been used in exported Camaros....
I know for sure there are at least 2 style:

    A) factory GM KPH speedo with Kilometers scale printed in white directly on the gauge.

    B) KPH scale printed in white on a black sticker then glued on a US MPH speedo.

C?) I saw also a funny KPH speedo with high speeds printed in red....

Yeah, very nice view! :) :)
Even in MPH is a nice number: 300 KPH = 186,4 MPH

Wow, this is an old thread I guess I never saw.
Here's a pic of my KPH speedo. Car is a 1978 Z-28, sold new in Nagoya, Japan by Chevrolet modified by a company called Taia. I've owned this car since 1990, bought it Japan, took it to Korea, then to Germany and it now resides in New Mexico.
If the bexel looks like a late model, 79-81, it's because it is...car has dash pad from a 1979 in it...as well as parts from other years.
