Hoping Dave or someone with a similar set up will chime in with pics and advice. I have a 73Z with stock Z/28 rims. I have Pro-Touring F Body springs front and rear along with the Pro-Touring F Body solid body bushings set on the low setting. My question is..... what is the best tire/size for my set up? I only want to do this once. I have reviewed the tire sticky. Please help.

235 60 15 is the closest you will get to stock size. If you want a more performance (ie autocross) many here would suggest bumping up to 17" wheels. If you want to keep your stockers, I would stay with the 235s. You'll be pretty limited on tire selection though.

I agree you need to post your plans on how the car is going to be used

I want to stay with the stock rims. Pictures are tough right now because stance is off. The car is at the painter, awaiting final wet sanding and buff. My drive train is out of the car so I am guessing that will throw the look off. I know the 235 60 R15 are stock size. Wondering if it would work to try different sizes front/rear. I saw a car on tire sticky that had 255 60 r15 on rear and 245 60 R15 front. Thoughts on that or stay with 235's. I am just planning on a nice street car. Will try to add pics

Those 245's look great. I have been looking at the BFG TA tire. Trying to send a picture of my 73Z.[IMG]
