I spent half of yesterday and all of today wet sanding and getting the car ready to paint. Good god it's hot!!!

I was hoping to get the garage cleaned out but it took longer to sand everything than I thought so I had wrap it up after everything was sanded. Looks like tomorrow will be just as hot and I'll be out in the garage after work cleaning and hopefully getting the car taped up and situated for when I'm able to paint.

Tomorrow is the big day. I have prepped and cleaned and cleaned some more. The body, doors, and fenders will be painted tomorrow so I can start assembling the car and clearing out room.

Congratulations and I can't wait to see it. Every time I get ready to paint I'm so excited because it changes the car so much and helps that vision start to come together. Good luck!

    Here we go....

The flash makes it a bit brighter than it actually is. Think of a mix between blood red and a dark carmine red, then add pearl.

Love the color, can hardly wait to see that color finished, wet sanded/cleared, and in the sunlight!!
Just an observation/question, why did you paint the spoiler ends on the car?

I took a pic of the color out in the sun. I have not cleared it yet but this will give a really good idea of the pearl in the paint.
