Yes, the setup was extremely easy to set up. I think I had it all installed in around 45 mins. The speedo setup is very straight forward and you'll love it.

Making progress although very slowly. As all of you would know, some of these tiny jobs just take so much time, particularly when you do them properly.

In preparation for getting the front screen installed I wanted to clean up and paint the inner cowl plenum thingy.

I removed the bonnet and wiper arm mechanism, cleaned up inside the plenum and painted it with KBS rust seal. The stuff went on pretty well and the satin finish looks great. Probably doesn't show through in the photos but it turned out OK.

    After

So now I just need to refit the wiper arm mechanism, install the windscreen stopper thingies and the cowl screen then I can get the front screen installed.

    Thanks for checking in.

Fitted up my transmission cooler last night. Had put the job off for ages, but finally got it done. Sorry about the poor photos.

Have just arranged to have the windscreen and rear glass installed next week. Will now move on to installing the interior then it's good to go.

    Thanks for checking in.

    Thanks guys.

So, I sent the car off on Friday to get front windscreen fitted.

    Just love that ass!!

Turns out the glass had a scratch in it and when they were attempting to polish it out, it cracked. Just my luck. Now waiting on new glass to arrive.

Anyhow, I thought I'd take the time over the weekend to clean and polish the chrome window surrounds. This involved removing the anodising (oven cleaner) then using different grades of wet and dry before polishing and a final clear coat. Took a bit of time and effort but they turned out OK.

After a heap of dramas the front windscreen finally got fitted on Friday. Rear glass arrives later this week and will go in once it arrives. Just running stereo wiring from front to back then installing interior.
