Is there a tap out there that has a valve? The tap I have is open to free air no matter what position. This means when I disconnect a can I have to purge it every time versus if there was a valve at the can I wouldn’t have to.

I’m actually looking for one that has a valve that seals when fully opened and closed. Seems the valve I have only seals the can from dispensing with the piercing needle extended. That means when I swap the can, the system up to the valve on the charging hose is open.
