I got a great deal on some new speakers so it's kind of mismatched.... I have an older sony head unit that puts out 25 watts per channel, two 4.5 inch infinity speakers in the dash (going in the original gutted dash speaker), and two 6.5 inch speakers in the rear (in adapters, in the 6x9 holes). Anyone else have a similar setup? Is it terrible?

Be close to the factory deal with a better tuner and CD dynamic sound improvement. On a scale of 1 - 10, about a 3. But it depends on how particular you are with audio. Main thing with different speaker sizes is to isolate the front of the speaker from the back to reduce the sound cancelling effect.
