Rear Disc Brakes

    Unless you’re going to autocross this thing competitively or if you’re obsessed with the looks of a disc brake stick with the drums. A well serviced drum brake works just fine on the back. Spend your money on something of real value.

    Drums do work, but they are so dang ugly! For a stock car I would go the 77-81 TA set up. If it’s a performer, look into Kore3s C5 kits

    I actually agree but ONLY in the case of big exspensive drilled rotors do the disc brakes look much better. Otherwise the lowly drum is nice and desscret unlike a cheap small rotor. I’m one of those guys that still think it’s the car that makes the desirability in looks not really the brakes anyway.

    Wheel choice influenecs the appearence too. I have seen big wheels with spokes that allow good visibility in...A drum sitting behind that, sore for my eyes lol

    Ok up S10 Blazer ZR2 stuff. That's what I have on mine.

    I'm thinking of doing the same thing and I've been told I need a new brake booster master cylinder and proportioning Valves and possibly new brake lines do I need all of this a hundred percent someone please help me out with some knowledge
