Can the glass lens damage be removed on my Parking-Sig Direction? If so, how? I can not feel any scratching or grooves on the surface

you could always try one of those headlight restoration kits... but it looks like the lenses are cracked so they may need to be replaced..

It appears that the plastic lens has "crazing", a phenomenon that often happens with some glassy plastics and ceramics with age. The crazing appears too deep for any polishing of the lens to be effective.

Out of curiosity I checked prices for 70-73 rs parking light lenses offered by 8 or 9 of the Camaro parts suppliers.
Most ran in the $60 - $70 range (ea) but that included the the complete assembly. Of those suppliers I checked Camaro Central was the least expensive @ $59.00. Trim Parts had the lenses only, but they were $83.00 ea.

Thanks for passing on the knowledge. I will keep the old lens and hang them on the Christmas tree as decorations. Seriously. Three Christmas back started hanging a variety of old Camaro parts. My old license plate was on top
