    Are there any aftermarket shift knobs out there being made for our year(s) automatic shifters?

    Here's a rough diagram of how it was constructed:

    The set screws fit inside the notches in the rod in the same place the internal ears of the factory shifter knob do.

    Figuring out how to keep it from spinning and using the factory snap ring was the biggest challenge in this mod.

    Either make your own or try a wood working shop.Are a couple of choices.
