ok so i asked a few days ago about flywheels and flexplates, someone told me i needed to get the flexplate for the year of the block i was building, but i looked in summit and their flexplates say from 55-82 or something like that so why can't i use the one off of my old engine?

You can cut and paste it yourself actually. :)
Just edit, then copy, and then paste the whole thing in the tranny section.
    Then delete this one.
